About Developer

DTC is a family owned business established by Mr Satyanarayan Jalan in the 1980s when he took over a century-old mining company in Jharkhand. DTC grew its presence in the mining business by expanding its operations and started exports as well in 1990s. After mining, DTC has established itself in the Real Estate business by successfully completing large scale affordable housing projects.
