About Developer

Sriji Gopalji Foundries Pvt. Ltd. a sister concern of Nathani Steel Scrap Mart was established in the year 2003 as the flagship company of SRIJI Group. Nathani Steel Scrap Mart in turn was established in the year 1975 as an iron and steel scrap processing and trading firm. Having spent close to 50 years in this industry we have gradually acquired considerable experience in the trading business of Cast Iron (CI), Ductile Iron (DI) and Melting Steel (MS). In our facility in Nilgunj Road, we do the processing of most of the CI, DI & MS which we buy from large steel companies like Electrosteel Casting Ltd, Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited, Steel Authority of India Ltd., Jai Balaji Industries Limited, Tata Metaliks, Rahmi Metaliks, etc. We buy scrap from such reputed steel companies and supply them to traders, cupolas and furnaces. We are currently processing and selling 100000 MT of scrap per annum.

The business profile of the company has gradually expanded into not just scrap trading, but even in internal transportation, processing or recovery of material, lancing or cutting or balling of large scrap pieces & heavy equipment hiring. Through our group company O. K. Movers & Minerals Pvt. Ltd., we have successfully executed works in Electrosteel Steels Limited during the financial year 2013-14 to 2016-2017.

We were also running the dumps in Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) along with our consortium partner Amit Mines Pvt. Ltd. The work which started in January 2018 completed in July 2022. We had deployed 3 Magnetic Recovery Plant of 300 ton per hours (TPH) along with about 40 heavy equipment’s like Hyvas, Excavators, Loader, JCB, Hydra, Balling crane etc. We were processing about 3 lacs MT per month approximately through our 3 separators regularly.

Currently we are doing material handling in Electrosteel Castings Limited in Srikalahasti (A.P). We have deployed our own equipment’s like Forklift, J.C.B, Hydra, Hyva, Exavator, Loader and Tractors. In totality we are handling 36000 MT per Month. We have our own team of managers, supervisors, operators, and mechanics along with fully developed garage, including all types of tools, tackles and equipment’s for repair and maintenance of all machinery.

We are also in the business of Real Estate development. We are primarily into residential projects, having completed almost 20 projects in the last 15 years and further 5 projects under construction or planning. The biggest project named ‘SANCTUARY’ having area of more than 8 lacs sq. ft. is under construction.
